Radarking start implemented the automatic calibration line for electric meter

On August 8, 2019, our single phase electric meter automatic calibration line was officially put into operation after two months of installation and commissioning.

The single phase electric meter automatic calibration line equipment occupies an area of about 200 M3, and realizes automatic transmission and automatic test(verification) through the PLC program.

After the assembled electric meter enters the automatic transmission line, it performs barcode scanning, pressure test, function test, calibration, final inspection and automatically completes the sorting of qualified and unqualified products. The qualified products are transferred to the packaging line for packaging.

This equipment can produce a daily output of 4000-5000 electric meters, greatly improving efficiency and quality.

The introduction of this single phase electric meter automatic calibration line marks a step forward for Radarking to smart manufacturing.
