Steel Case Household Diaphragm Prepaid Gas meter with IC Card G1.6/G2.5/G4
IC Card Household Diaphragm Gas Meter is applicable to metering urban pipeline gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, and other non-corrosive gas, etc.. Parameters of the gas meters accord with the requirements of <GB/T6968-2011 diagram gas meter>.
Use the logic encryption card ( called IC card) as the information carrier. The data is read from the IC card and be exchanged by control module .And the meter information like gas volume and working status will be writen to the IC card and be feedbacked to the gas selling management system by IC card. When we use the gas , the control module will receive the signal from the collector and will make some measurement process to the gas volume information. When the Residual gas volume reach to 0, control module will send the order of closing the valve to stop the gas using until the customer purchase the gas again. This is the management of prepaid.
Consist of basic gas meter and electronic controller. Electronic controller consists of control module, signal collector and valve actuator.
1. Steel Case, independent core with high sensitivity and accuracy, diaphragm type structure, advanced process, big character wheel, counting device.
2. Prompt function When remaining gas or battery capacity is lower than the pre-set value, it will prompt consumer to purchase or replace the battery in time.
3. Alarm The meter will detect and record the magnetic disturbance, non-metering, valve stoppage, low battery etc. automatically and there will be related alarm symbol displayed on LCD, all the events record could be transferred to master station through IC card.
